Vendor Registration

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Muslim Homeschool Resource & Networking Fair! The event is on Sunday, August 2 from 2-5 PM at Valley Ranch Islamic Center, North Campus. If you'd like to sell or give away homeschool materials during the event, all vendors must register in advance by completing the form below. Homeschool related businesses can also register using the form below.

To ensure we have enough table space for everyone, walk-in vendors will not be permitted. Please do not bring items to sell or give away without registering first. Knowing approximately how many vendors and materials to expect helps us organize the space and create the best experience for everyone.

Vendor Guidelines

• Registration is required to sell or give away items at the event.

• No walk-in vendors. Items brought without prior registration cannot be accommodated.

• Please provide an accurate estimate of the types and quantity of materials you'll be bringing so we can assign table space appropriately.

• Vendors are responsible for pricing, displaying, selling, and collecting payment for their own items.

• Please plan to take home any unsold items at the end of the event.

• We ask that all materials be clean, complete (when possible), and homeschool or educational in nature.

• Setup instructions and arrival times will be emailed to registered vendors prior to the event.
